Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my strategies if I downgrade?
Your strategies are always saved. If you downgrade, live trading will pause but paper trading continues. Upgrade anytime to resume live trading.
Are there any trading commissions?
Futura charges no trading commissions. If you trade with Alpaca, trades are also commission-free. Interactive Brokers charges their standard rates.
Is my money safe?
Futura never holds your funds. Your money stays in your brokerage account (Alpaca or IBKR), which are FINRA/SIPC regulated. We only execute trades on your behalf.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
